One long conversation that turned into a company.
Different roles, different industries, the same short list of things we kept wishing someone would just go and fix.
Between us, we've run tenants, run projects, and taken the calls when something breaks at the worst possible time. That gave us a fairly unglamorous but useful view of where the real gaps are — not the gaps vendors put in a slide deck, the ones you only notice from inside the work. License spend nobody audits. Automation that's technically possible and almost never actually built. Support that treats every ticket like it's from a stranger, every time.
We didn't set out to offer this many services. It grew because every gap we found led to another one — optimize a tenant and the reporting turns out to be thin; fix the reporting and nobody owns adoption; fix adoption and the website and brand representing the business haven't kept pace either. Rather than hand each of those to a different vendor, we built a team that could hold all of it, under one roof, with one point of accountability.
